A lifelong advocate for common sense solutions and responsible government, Mayor Bruce Rowe wasn’t always a politician. An electrical contractor by trade, Bruce operated his own small business for 35 years, through good times as well as lean years. He was first elected to Beiseker village council in 2001, as well as the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association board of directors. A husband to Carol, father of two grown children, and grandfather of two, Bruce retired from the private sector in 2005, allowing him to focus on serving the people as Mayor as well as the A.U.M.A.’s vice president of villages and summer villages.
“As your MLA I pledge to put my experience to work for you, and put Alberta back on the right track.”
